My Grandma Best turns 80 today! In my opinion, she does not look 80 at all. Still beautiful and classy as ever. My fashion sense comes from my mother, which comes from my Grandma. All she did when she was young was work so she could buy more clothes!
My mom threw her a vintage inspired luncheon, inviting all her closest friends. My grandma is pretty popular because there were a lot of cute older ladies there. One lady I sat next to was so funny, we talked about Project Runway and how it’s both of our favorite shows! The food was delicious which was no surprise because my mother is an amazing cook. So to fit the theme I wore my vintage dress I also wore in my senior pictures. I got a lot of comments about how they use to have dresses just like this one. Ahh, I love older people and hearing their stories!
I love my Grandma Best! She is so loving, funny, and supportive (especially with my fashion dreams!).

wow you look so much like your grandmother when she was young from the looks of that picture! And i adore that dress so much. It’s beautiful. I love to wear vintage when I am around older people because its a conversation starter and i get to hear all their wonderful stories! Looks like such a fun day.
